The picture explains the basic layout it does not include much in mounds or terrace or canal structures, instead, it is more an outline of movements of semi-nomadic hunting and occasional settlements.
We do not find Comstock terms like we do in Michigan indicating more a small stock or fort of pine walls.
In Indiana we suspect some are there but are not registered in finds by that name. Terrace appears more often in Indiana. Here is the picture to help the researcher understand the basic lost words and outlines of nomadic areas. What is clear is that they mostly followed river areas to specific lake areas that had large variety of game for most of the year. Evidence suggests Indiana was a passing thru state to Michigan for these hunters who only stayed in Michigan for certain seasons until later forced to live more north thousands of years later.
